On Monday, April 16 we will begin our off-season conditioning program. This 16-week program is designed to build strength, speed, agility and hopefully reduce injuries during our season. Measurements will be taken every 4 weeks to note progress. So, the more you participate and push yourself, the more improvement you will see. Please wear tennis shoes that you can wear outside and bring plenty of water.
