LAHS Volleyball Off-Season Conditioning Starts April 16!

On Monday, April 16 we will begin our off-season conditioning program. This 16-week program is designed to build strength, speed, agility and hopefully reduce injuries during our season. Measurements will be taken every 4 weeks to note progress.
